Paksiw na Galunggong with Okra

Paksiw is a cooking process in the Philippines that uses vinegar in stewing the base ingredients, the most common one is fish paksiw. I love this simple fish dish because it is easy to cook and delicious. There are different ways of cooking this and you can add variety of vegetables too.

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo round scad or galunggong
1/2 cup vinegar
thumb size ginger
some okra
some chili
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Clean the fish properly then put in a cooking pot together with all the ingredients.
2.  Simmer until done.
3. Serve it with a smile :-).
